This part lasts throughout during all the three  project years , it includes the coordination of all project activities, ensuring quality output, adequate communication mechanisms and technical and financial deadlines.
The expected results are the coordination and project management in order to ensure that the objectives and outputs follow the regular schedule and are coherent  with the financial resources. The team of the TIS innovation park is committed to continuous monitoring of project results and products. It also reviews the achievement of the expected goals through special indicators. Finally, the interaction with the managers / referees of the call through the well-timed reporting of outputs and project documentation through engineering reports and financial reports is guaranteed by the project manager.
